Dutch lessons NT2/Teacher of NT2 in Hilversum

I have been giving lessons as a certified Dutch NT2 teacher since 2009. My lessons can be taken either to work towards the Inburgeringsexamen, or the State Exams I and II, or simply with the goal of achieving a better understanding of the Dutch language.

I work for various language schools, but I also welcome individual students or small groups into my home for private lessons.

My students are diverse, coming from all over the world. Some have lived in the Netherlands for years and others have just arrived. They all take Dutch lessons to help them fit into Dutch society better, whether this is needed because of their work, education, children or just to help them in everyday life.

I also enjoy working at the following language institutions: TopTaal, Taalhuis, ROC, Haumann Language training, Babylon and Language & Talent.

Process / Lesson Plan

Different language goals require different lesson styles. I therefore also create customized Dutch lessons in consultation with the client. However, my main focus always remains on talking, reading, listening, and practice a lot of writing. I use a fixed* method of teaching, complemented by additional materials such as videos, songs, texts and language games. If possible, I will set extra homework so that students can practice outside the classroom. When the course is finished students can sign up for various exams in NT2. The level of language ranges from A1 to B2 according to the guidelines of the Common European Framework.

I can also bring my lessons to your workplace. The first lesson is on a trial basis and obligation free.
